Do you have a problem with chocolate? I know I do. Once I start eating, I just can’t stop. Before I know it, I have eaten half a packet of Tim-Tams. Today, I bring you a solution for chocoholics that is guilt-free and it comes in the form of mousse. Who doesn’t love the smooth, silky, velvety texture of chocolate mousse? This version is a sugar free, dairy free and vegan mousse that tastes just as good as the real thing.
A typical chocolate mousse is made using chocolate, cream and egg whites. Only three ingredients. This version also only uses three ingredients – banana, cacao and cashews.
Using the natural sweetness of the banana, you are able to create the same smooth and creamy texture.

1. Peel banana and cut into thick slices.
2. Add banana, cashews and cacao into blender and blend until smooth
3. Serve with grated chocolate on top
Storage: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days (if there is any left!)
