This Pomegranate Ginger Storm mocktail tastes like Spring in a glass! Made with fresh juice and zesty ginger beer, you won’t miss the alcohol!
As mentioned, I’ve had to get creative in finding summer beverages that I can enjoy while expecting. I love using ginger beer because it’s been my saving grace with morning sickness. I literally NEVER used to drink soft drink but I haven’t been able to get enough of ginger beer most of my pregnancy! Baby obviously loves it!
I’ve had a lot of fun playing with drinks and this is one of my favourites This mocktail is a fresh and Summer time drink that you could sip all day – the tartness of the cranberry and pomegranate marry perfectly with the sweet and zesty ginger beer. Add the lime for a tang and you’ve got yourself a winner!
The method couldn’t be easier but just make sure you find 100% juices that have no added sugars. If you’re making in bulk, I suggest you make it in a jug and pour it out as this takes less measuring.
P.s If you’re a booze hound, feel free to add a few shots of your favourite white spirit. Vodka would work well!
Don’t forget to hashtag #cookwiththemacadames when making my recipes. I love to see how you went and get a peek at your kitchen table.
Recipe adapted from Offbeat + Inspired.
1. Fill mixing jug half way with ice. Add juices and ginger beer. Using a cocktail stirrer, stir gently.
2. Pour into your glasses and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and drink immediately.
Cheers!
Like this recipe? Yum it on Yummly.
For another alcohol-free beverage, try this strawberry ginger mocktail mojito.
Or this banana salted caramel walnut milk. Add extra ice for a summer treat!

I’ve been trying to have a bit of a detox since the December/Xmas madness is over, and have been overdosing in Ginger Beer too! I’ve just been adding fresh lime and mint leaves to mine, with a dash of soda water too. Might need to try out your version though, slightly more fancy!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Give this a shot – it was soooo yummy! I loved it when I was pregnant, now that I am not >>> WIIIIIINNNNNE! 😉 Hope you’re well xx
I’d like to try this….do you make your own ginger beer? Otherwise where do you get it?
I just use store bought, Bunderberg does a good one. xx
