A tiny atlas of recipes, musings and more. Here you’ll find a collection of my travel adventures, recipes from my table + beyond. My adventures in life. My story.
Other bits & bobs
New Orleans was a world unto itself, as I am sure most of Louisiana is. The colourful architecture, old word feel and slight dilapidation makes NOLA like no other place i’ve ever been. At first, I was slightly put off by the fact that you can literally walk around town with as much alcohol as you can carry (the most I saw was someone carrying a 5L cocktail jug – why?!?!), after I scratched this surface, I fell in love with the city. It has seen so much history and so many disasters, yet here it still stands, as beautiful and rough as ever. From beignets at Cafe du Monde to jazz brunch at Antoines, I loved it all.
I have collected my favourite photos from the few days I spent there, I hope you enjoy.
