The sweetest and easiest way to jazz up your champagne cocktails!
Recipe for Sour Cherry Simple Syrup by Anisa Sabet.
For the syrup:
2. Pour cherry juice into a medium heavy based saucepan with the sugar and bring to a boil then turn down to a light simmer and allow to reduce by half.
3. Pour into your preserving glass jar and allow to cool to room temperature, then seal and pop in the fridge until needed (it will last for up to six months).
