A light and refreshing summer recipe, perfect for alfresco dining!














Recipe for Caprese Salad by Anisa Sabet.
1. Thinly slice the tomatoes using a mandolin, or if you have steadier hands than mine, a sharp knife.
2. Place tomatoes around a plate and pop the buffalo mozzarella in the middle. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. Basil would be a nice addition but the supermarket had run out, and in this summer heat, near enough is good enough for me.
