Buttery maple roasted carrots with mustards & pine nuts!
Recipe for Maple Roasted Carrots with Mustard & Pine Nuts by Anisa Sabet. Adapted from here.
For the carrots:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Place all carrots on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a jug and pour over carrots. Pop into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
2. To serve: serve carrots immediately, pour over leftover sauce and top with toasted pine nuts & almonds.
