Rare Tommyhawk with Chimmichurri

A beautifully tender Tommyhawk steak, cooked on the bone, served with a side of my favourite chimmichurri!

Recipe for Rare Tommyhawk with Chimmichurri by Anisa Sabet. 

Ingredients (serves 2):

For the Tommyhawk:

  • 1 large Tommyhawk steak

For the chimmichurri: 

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Method:

1. To make the chimmichurri: whizz the ingredients in a food processor, set aside.

2. I actually had a chef cook this for the photo, but I have used this post to cook the perfect Tommyhawk since then.

3. To serve: Serve the steak rare, with a side of chimmichurri and your favourite mustards.
