A light and bubbly blonde cola cocktail with a sweet and peppery kick!
Peach & Pink Peppercorn Blonde Cola Fizz recipe developed for SodaStream by Anisa Sabet.
For the pink peppercorn honey syrup (you will have extra):
For the cocktail:
1. To make the pink peppercorn honey syrup: pop the honey, water and crushed peppercorns (make sure they are very crushed so the flavour infuses) in a small saucepan and mix until the sugar is melted. Turn off the heat, and allow to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain and cool completely.
2. To make cocktail: Fill a highball glass with ice (try to fill it as much as possible as this will keep the glass as cold as possible and prevent the drink from getting too watery). Pour in rum, pre-mixed SodaStream blonde cola, peppercorn honey & peach liquor. Garnish with fresh peach slices and rosemary. Give a gentle stir with a straw, serve immediately.
